Wyoming Chronicle returns with a post-mortem on the just-completed Legislative session. After 36 long days and nights, you could hear the sighs of relief through the corridors of the Capitol last week. Most representatives and senators had expected a quiet session. Instead, they got a public firestorm in which an elected official lost most of her powers and launched a lawsuit against the governor. Add to that a number of hot button hearings that required extra security, highly aroused citizen activists who lingered for days, and you've got something to talk about.
